Pricing
Invoices are priced according to the published customer price in effect at time of order. Due to market conditions, published pricing is subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms
Applicable payment terms are all mentioned on the internet shop.

Shipping terms
Customers can choose one of the below:

1. to pay freight charges from the point of shipment to the point of delivery and shall provide Horse, LLC with a FedEx or UPS account number to facilitate the direct billing of all such charges to Purchaser. If you choose truck service check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt, and must be called into the truck company you chose. All damaged containers and merchandise must be kept for your truck company to inspect. At that time you will file a claim with your truck company.
Title and risk of loss shall pass to Purchaser upon shipment to the destination designated by Purchaser. If you choose your own transportation please note that you must first call to the warehouse at +1-817-915-9018 to arrange the picking day and time. The working hours of the warehouse are from Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m.. National holidays we are closed.


2. to pay freight charges from the point of shipment to the point of delivery by selecting the shipping options from our internet shop. The freight charges will be automatically calculated and added on the cost of the goods. At the check out you will pay the freight charges and the cost of the parts. The goods will be delivered via UPS UPS Regular Ground Service. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day, depending on your selection.


Returns
Customer can return new, unused, or defective merchandise within 30 days of receiving date. All merchandise to be returned must be in new condition and have proper authorization from Horse, LLC. Please prior returning the merchandise call, or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and inform us about the reason for returning the item. All items must be packaged and shipped PREPAID to the address provided by Horse, LLC with the Merchandise Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside.

Items new and unused must be returned in original close (not opened) standard pack quantities. Defective items must be returned in original standard pack quantities. Upon arrival Horse, LLC will inspect the conditions of all returned goods. Defective items will be inspected upon arrival for damage to determine if appropriate credit can be issued.

Shortages and Claims
Please check shipments upon receipt and report any error at once. If a part of the shipment is missing or appears to be damaged, do not fail to note this fact on the carrier's receipt and make a claim immediately with the carrier. If there is a shortage or damage by our shipping department, contact us at once by phone calling or email.

Back Orders
Any items back orders will be shipped at later date, unless canceled.

Registration Terms

  1. Please fill in the registration from with all the necessary details.
  2. Attached the sales tax exemption form.
  3. Allow 1 to 2 working days and you will be notified with your password.
